Can Modelcart.com give me an interview like other models I have heard?

Yes! We will notify you of the dates we will be in your city again. This does come at a cost of $100 per interview. Your profile is free but your interview is $100.00. This is simply because of travel and the interview is the most time consuming element.

Why must we keep a headshot for the search engine? 

One thing that we ask of all talent is to make sure that a headshot is available for the search engine. We do this to keep a certain look for our website and clients. Talent profiles will not function or upload without a headshot. We want every talent to keep a headshot in the "headshot" upload spot to keep things consistent. This is our Policy. No other shot will be accepted for the search engine. We have the right to delete any profile that does not have a proper headshot.

How do I get my profile to start working? 

Just got to the home page and click the signup link and it  will automatically be created. Once confirmed you will receive a notification sms and email on your mobile and mailbox.

How many pictures can be put into the membership site? 

We only include one level of membership which includes 5 pictures per member, but let me also add that we conduct professional interviews with our members for use online and also for personal use.

I'm trying to edit my membership info, but it's not working. Please, help. 

Your profile info can only be changed by Modelcart.com. If a change is made, only Modelcart can make that change after you make the request known to us.

Is my personal information seen by the public? 

No. Only you can see your personal information. Our website also allows you to communicate with others while keeping your email private. The only way someone can get your personal information or email is by you giving it to them. We consider this a very safe place to network and do business.

Do you have plus size women models????? 


Yes we do have plus size models. We are a site for all people. We just want you to be classy and have style.

I am still not able to log into the site to access new Make Up Artist port. System will not recognize username and I am not sure of how to get back to the "beginning" to re-enter needed information to gain access. Thank you, Keya 


Some members put special characters in their user name and that seem to create a problem in security and these members are locked out. Members should not use any special characters in thier name.

What is the picture file size limit, how can I get my pics to look better? 


Pictures should be a maximum of 500 pixels wide. The dpi (dots per inch) should be no more then 72dpi Do not scan digital printed pictures or magazines Use a digital camera of professional quality and hire a photgrapher.

My account is not working. Why am I not showing on the website even after I have put in all my information? 


You will not see your name or picture on the website until you upload your headshot. Without the upload of the headshot your account will not function.

Is there any way for me to know how many times my portfolio has been viewed? 


Only when you are a featured model. You can click on most popular models to see how you rank. You can request this information from our webmaster.

What happens if I leave my age blank? 


Your account will not function. Even if you are an agency you must show that you are 18 years old or your profile will not work. So all members must place and age in your profile. Leaving your age blank will cause you problems.

What happens if I do not make sure my profile is complete? 


We will delete your profile without warning. We want people who are serious about their account with Modelcart.com. We will not tolerate profiles that look incomplete. THEY WILL BE DELETED.

What happens if I do not use a headshot pictuure for my headshot? 
You run a risk of your profile being deleted. We really want all headshot pictures to be just what the profile ask for, A HEADSHOT. Please respect what we ask for.

Can the public see my personal information from my profile? 

No. Only you can see this information. Even your age is not shown to the public. Our website is very safe.
